Whats up with my BOV

Well today i fixed my wonderful coolant hose that sprung a leak yesterday, and in the whole thing i had to take of my UIC pipe, and also my intake pipe, so i get it all back together and took it out for a test drive, and now my BOV is making this high wind/hissing sound while in boost, and i'm not making any boost above 6 pounds, i'm guessing a boost leak, but i already check every vacuum line, and nothing is loose. i know you guys sometimes frown upon the GReddy S-Type, but i was young and stupid when i bought it and now i don't have the money to get another one. i just don't know whats up with it, so if you could give me some advice with the problem it would be much help.

i've had bad problems with my type s until i did a vacum test on it and found out it was leaking..i made a new gasket, sealed up everything, adjusted it correctly and now it works fine.. i suggest getting a vacum pump to test it, or take it off and make sure everything looks fine and be sure to re-tighten all your house, just incase u missed something.

Ok, i checked out my BOV to see what was up, no leaking of anysort, but i have to crank the spring all the way to the hard position it still makes that noise but now it'll let me boost all i want, i know its not a big problem, its just that i don't like the high speed winding sound. if anyone has had this problem or knows what this problem it and can solve it, that would be great.
