I have tried everything i bought the flare wrenches like vfaq says i have sprayed it obsessivly with liquid wrench. I have applied every bit of strength i have but i can still not break the stupid fitting. Can you guys give me any tips on how you accomplished this superhuman feat.

Thanks,

Lots of PB balster and someone stronger than me. The top one was easy the bottom took work and had to get at it from under the car. Defnitley a 2 person job.

yup soak it in a lot of pb blaster for about 20 minutes and it should come of pretty easy. but definitely use the flare wrench

PB blaster is much better then liquid wrench. I had the same problem with my fuel line. I was using the flare wrench and it was slipping on me. So what I did is I went out and found a vice grip, but it was a different type of vice grip. It was made to remove bolts without stripping them. It had a v-shaped lower and upper lip. Work like a charm. :thumb:

i had to pull the battery tray and all the stuff underneath, to have the room to get enough leverage to loosen those fittings. >OMG

hahahahahahahahaha

for the ones up front, I had to pull the battery 3 time due to leaks.

to get the top one loose, I used a 2 ft breaker bar and vice grips on the bottom.
