Anyone know what's up with the bolt on t2/t4?

I was checking out

and they seem to be releasing a new bolt on t3/t4 for 1g, 2g, and evo it looks like. Would this turbo be better then a t28 or 20G? I'm trying to find something between a 18G and 20G with a linear boost curve. Thanks.

yes it would be a lot better than a t28 and a 20g. T3/T4 turbo's =
