well my idea worked (pushed the T25 @ 17lbs) to where the too small is gone bye-bye!! I needed an excuse to go bigger!! ;)
so I'm getting a big 16G, and the RRE hacker install kit, and doing the turbo swap next weekend.. I've read through VFAQ, and got some useful information from there, my question was, what exactly do I need to support the BIG 16G as far as fuel goes,?? I only have enough $$ left to either get an AFC or a fuel pump, so which one should I get first??

thanks,
Mario

An AFC is twice as expensive as a fuel pump, plus ive seen a few people running big 16g's fine with no afc or upgraded fuel pump (myself included), but yeah id say go with the fuel pump first, and injectors? just a thought...

cool,.. so just buying and installing a fuel pump.. I'm a little confused about that.. people buy a bigger fuel pump, but the injectors are still calling for the same amount of fuel for the same amount of time.. wouldn't you need an AFC to "get the best benefit out of a bigger fuel pump??

You will need that big fuel pump first because at high boost levels the stock pump can't keep up with demand, and that leads to running dangerously lean. A bigger pump will contine to supply the right ammount of fuel at high boost.

Personally Id go with the S-AFC first. Why put a larger pump on the car if you cant control the fuel curve. The car will be inherently slower due to the fact that its running too rich. If you get the S-AFC you can play with it a little bit and keep the boost down until you can afford to drop 100 bucks on a fuel pump.
