I've asked this already on dsmtalk.com but i just wanted a wide range of opinions. Right now my 1g awd has 3" turbo back exhaust, mbc at 15psi and a K&N filter with the air can mods(still have stock turbo and stock fuel system). With this I ran 14.0 @ 95 mph. With a fuel pump(more boost) and a little tuning i know i can get solidly into the 13s but i was wondering what would lower my times better, a front mount that flows 1000cfm w/ 1.5 pressure drop at mid 80s efficiency or just bolting on a big 16g with no other changes rather than a fuel pump? Thanks a lot.

I want this too and cannot make up my mind. I am not sure where "STL" is, so I don't know how hot it gets where you live. If you are planning on continuing to modify the car, you will need a FMIC eventually. The 16G will give you more "kick" right now, but you won't be able to take full advantage of it until you get a FMIC. I am not sure--this is a tough one. Unless you live in a hot climate, I'd say go with the 16G. It would be more fun. However, realize that without fuel upgrades (which you stated you have not done), you cannot run much over 14 or 15 PSI.
