General Differences between the 1G AWD and FWD ECU

are the 1G AWD and FWD ECUs interchangable? i know the MT and AT ECUs arent but i dont see hwy these wouldnt be.

I'm not sure about 1G's but 2G's are so I would assume the 1G's are also. I don't know why you want to swap in a FWD one since(at least on 2g's) they have tope speed limiter and some other stuff that AWD's don't.

I have a fwd and it has a non eprom and i have a eprom awd ecu that i am going to swap into it. thanks for the info, thats what i figured.
