ECU turns the Radiator Fan on at what temp automatically?

Per my log, it seems they turn on at 210, but I guess I could be wrong. I have wired it so that both fans turn instead of just the radiator fan turning on.

Yeah, there might have been a slight delay with the reading and the fans themselves turning on. Thanks for the confirmation.

I just wonder if its a bad thing to leave the fans on all the time. I've heard of people saying yes and no.

If you leave your fans on or have them run all the time your car will take forever to warm up. When I had that it took me as much as 20 minutes in the summer. I would suggest you have them turn on soon as tstat opens.

Thanks, I guess now I get to do some more research to see how to wire it this way :) I know I can turn them on all the time with the DSMLink, but like you said, it would take the car longer to warm up. I'm just wondering if there are any adverse affects such as blowing the fuse etc. I have heard of this happening on my various searches on the net. My car typically runs around 193 anyhow cruising on the hwy with the Fluidyne currently, but I have yet to see what its like in the summer. Time will tell I guess.

Will you people get off the manual trip. I don't know how many questions I have seen on this site which could have been found using the search button. That was not the case with this question. I thought that was what this site was for... sharing knowledge. If people can't do someone a favor when they need to know something fast, then it's a sad world. Note to self, don't post here anymore.

If you had manual you'd learn lot more and quicker than off this or any other site. When you're in the middle of working on your car you wouldn't have to run to the house to use your computer. I suggest you get service manuals from a dealer, it's 2 books and about 4 times more pages then chiltons.

Do you promise not to post anymore?
