Boost Problem

I am lost on this one. A couple guys are saying its possibly my wastegate.

I can't go above 10psi in my car. I have a MBC and I turn it up and down and it stays at 10psi no matter what.

Anybody have any other options that I should check out?

did you double check all connections on your MBC and boost gauge and make sure everything is tight fitting and placed in the right location,alot of the time thats the problem.

make sure all your IC pipes are tight too.

Yeah, we vacuum tested all vacuum lines and MBC is connected right.

I will check the IC piping, but I am pretty sure its on there tight

hmm,could be the wastegate housing,they tend to crack and get carbon build up and the flapper won't seal right after that.

Can that be repaired or do I need a new one?
