Is it possible to connect too many items to that wire. I currently have my satellite radio connected to it. Would all my gauges connect to it as well?

If you don't feel like doing the acc wire on the radio harness, you could use the cigarette ligher fuse on the fuse block under the dash. That's what I use for my remote amp turn on AND my gauge pod lights. Has plenty of juice to spare.
