thinking of getting a 190 lph pump... need Help!

allright, I decided on a 190 lph pump and now would like some input on

Which one do you have.
Which one is the easiest to install?
which one is quietest?
which one is the least expensive?
Which one works the best?
Do I need an fuel pressure regulator with a 190?
Are there low and high pressure versions, or are all the 190's the same?

also, I found a good deal on a 3000gt vr4 fuel pump... what is the difference between this pump and a 190? how hard is it to install a 3kgt pump?

If you found a good deal on the 3KGT VR4 pump then just buy that, its quiet like stock and its fine
