14b upgrade question

i just upgraded to a 14b from my t25. I use to run my boost controller to the nipple on the turbo housing. I ran it here because i wasnt able to control it using the bov T. Where do you guys think i should run it now? Since the 14b doesnt have a nipple.

cmon someone had to have had this happen to them. I need some help guys i want to be able to control boost.

I hate to tell you this, but it should work if you T it off the BOV line. There is also a line that comes off the manifold and goes to the FPR that works, too.

well i dont know why but when i hooked it to the bov it didnt control boost at all. Could this because there is a leak? Would a leak cause this?

A leak in the BOV line might cause that. Try the FPR/ manifold line.

i dont know what line your talking about. I dont think i have a line coming out of my exhaust manifold. Remember i have a 2g if that makes any difference. Could you please explain to me what line this is?

whoops! I meant intake manifold. 1G and 2G are different, but they're not THAT different!

yeah i just went to my garage and looked at my spare 1g exhaust manifold and i couldnt imagine anything but metal coming out of it because of the extreme heat. I was starting to think your crazy.

I will try running tapping into the other line if i cant control it from the bov t. I will also make sure there isnt any leaks.
