The turbo is on its' way here as we speak. I must say, I am not that happy with the turbocharger.com "install kit". I ordered the 7cm gasket and will be porting the manifold accordingly until.. I notices that the T25 uses a ring to help seal the connection. Now, If I port the manifold I will lose the ring ridge. Will I be able to get away with just using the gasket?

TechT: You have very similar mods to me, what boost levels are you running? Did you upgrade the injectors?

Im just using the gasket I didnt put in the ring just installed the turbo tonight I got the 34mm flapper and a vp o2 dump and I still have creep?????????

Alrighty then. I already have a steel 7cm gasket that I ordered.

-=TWITCH=-: I went with the upgraded flapper as well. I hope I don't run into problems with my full 3" exhaust!

How long will it take to port the ext. manifold? I have some crap stone type bits, I will be picking up a carbide bit though

C'mon man, grammar. Some punctuation would be nice, as would a better description of your problem.

However... When you installed the 34mm wastegate, how much porting did you do? It's useless unless you hog the hole and the exit area way the hell out. Also, you probably want to open the WG entrance area, inside the turbine inlet. When you are finished, the metal seperator between the turbine and wastegate passages should be pretty thin, I'd say about 4mm or so.

Then, you have to go into the O2 housing to open up the wastegate passage there as well, so that it matches to the porting you did on the turbine housing.

Also: a wastegate dump will usually not make much of a difference for creep, if the rest of the wastegate system is not up to the task. I know people who have had creep to, say, 25 psi, put on a dump, and the creep only dropped to 24 psi. Not very impressive for the money, only hella loud.

Do a search for this kind of stuff. I know that I personally have typed this at least a couple times, and I don't even post here that much.

Good luck. If you run into more trouble, you may want to leave me a PM.
