FMIC pipes for large turbo?

How bad does having your IC pipes like this effect spoolup time with a large turbo?

I have a T3/T4 50/Stg3/63AR and Im trying to figure out why my spoolup is so slow in 1st and second gears. 20psi by 6000 in 1st. by 5000 in second. I have no boost or exhaust leaks, compression is 155 across. Just trying to narrow it down and was wondering if IC pipe routing makes a huge difference in spoolup or not.

yes it does,i'd reccomend atleast 2.5" hard pipes routed as shortly and as simple as possible.
