Charged AIR....What the Hell!!!!!!

I ordered a fpr for ChargedAir for my 1G a month ago. Since then I was promised to get it, told when to expect it, and said it was shipped out "yesterday." I have not recieved it yet. I just don't see the reason for them to lie to their customers. I actually talked to the guy on the phone and he told me they had plenty in stock and I would recieve on the next week. It's been four weeks and still no F****** fpr. Anybody else experience this with these people? I'm thinking about pulling my order from them. I need a fpr so bad, I can't wait four months like one of my friends have been waiting, which is pretty freaking ridiculous if you are an established business.

There is a rule about vendor complaints. However if you search the site, you will find my opinion as well as other's to be similar to yours.

I ordered mine next day air, after many e-mails and unanswered calls, I got it two months later and was still charged for overnight air. I sold it to a friend the next day, I will never use anything from them on my car!!!

Yes there delays and bad Customer service are well documented all over.
