Okay- here is the low down. I am ready for the final step, the turbo. My engine is assembled and ready to drop in the car. Below is a list of engine mods, but i am not sure how much turbo is too much. The car is driven on the street, but i am willing to sacrafice drivability for performance since i have a second car.

90 TSi AWD

Arias 9-1 compression pistons
Eagle Rods
Balance Shaft Eliminated
Fully Balanced
Ported/Polished head w/ 1mm oversized valves
All ARP bolts throughout as well as metal gaskets
Venom Intake
255lph pump w/ 720cc injectors
3" downpipe and catback
AEM EMS
Profec B

I was looking at the t3/to4E family, but was unsure of what was too big?
I was thinking 60 trim .63 AR Stage V wheel w/ Tube Header and 40mm Tial......

.....But i am not so sure. Also, what O2 housing/wastegate/manifold or header combo should i go with.
Thanks for the help!!!!! I am open to any suggestions on any combination that are out there!

I have heard that the L2R/L3R are hard to oil properly and have a fairly short lifespan? Are there any major mods to the oiling system that need to be done, or can i just plug everything in and run?

The above is very wrong.

What are your horsepower/track times goals for the car?

I suggest getting the AGP full kit. For 1675.00 this is what you get.

Includes: AGP/SFP T3 manifold, TiAL 35, dump tube, 60-1 trim T3/T4, 2.5" O2 housing, oil feed line, oil drain tube, gaskets, nuts, and bolts.

So essentially everything you need on the turbo side. I know the 60-1 can do low 11s and Im pretty sure the wheel gone into the 10s. I suggest the T3/T4 60-1 Stage 3 exhaust with a .63AR.

If this doesnt get you into the 10s then run a small shot of nitrous on top of it. The turbo would still be "streetable" yet would be a hell of a weekend warrior :)
