this forum isnt the best, i mean its ok but there are waayyyy too many dreamers in here. People with stupid bodykits on 1g's aluminum spoilers on 1 g's. Well it kinda embarrising to me who has done DSM's for years and invest over 100,000 into a various amounts of my car, and i have to listen to "Can i make my car FWD instead of AWD" people in this site really dont have any brains... i think the Moderators need to clean this site up and Make it good or they are going to lose alot of DSMers. GET RID OF THE DREAMERS!!!!!!!

You don't like 1g's? So, where should Aluminum Park Benches and Body kits be mounted? In my mind, the 1g is a better platform for the tuner, and while I agree bodykits and spoilers are way too prevalent for the number of power modifications applied, you make it sound as though this is only a problem on 1g's. What's up?

Aluminum spoilers belong on GT1 cars, and super cars that actually need them, not on a 140 hp E/l/t. IMO DSM's are very rare cars, and will become more rarer every single day. they should not be subjected to rice owners who want there cars too be a mobile cell phone satilitte

IMO you should do nothing to the exterior of a 1g except repair and rims.

One thing I have learned about this scene/industry is how everyone wants to be cool in one way or another, and this is usually accomplished by bashing another "style" of tuning/modification. You have people like backouteclipse1 that wants to get rid of all people who don't want to drive a car with 500 hp, racing rims, and a stock body ou of here. "ricers" are looked down upon because of what they do to their cars, and so much more.

The fact is we all are here because we want to have fun with our cars. Personally, I want my GST to have around 350 to the crank, get a set of 18" TE37s, Put in some racing seats and a blitz style urethane kit, and keep my stock turbo spoiler. I want to do this because I like the car, I enjoy working on cars, and I want to be able to drive it frequently the average of 150 miles per day I put on it.
One of my friends and car club members has a 240sx that he is going crazy on, ordering the sr20det motor with the six speed tranny (s15), etc, while another has a 2001 civic coupe who "just wants it to look clean."

The fact is we all have different goals for our cars and without the dreamers we wouldn't have as much info available. The reason I started my business was because all I could think about was dropping a b16a into my 92 hb and putting the complete JUN cam kit on it.

I lived in texas for several years, been to houston plenty of times for races, and never saw a DSM go 11.0s. Just wondering if I know you or not.
