Porting and PSI

Ok, Im looking for a good porting place in New York, I have a friend there who is going to get a evoIII mani and port it, so any good places : )

And also I have a "2.5 exhaust system with no cat, "2,5 UIC pipe+TB elbow, Magnicor spark plug wires, NGK Spark Plug, hacked MAS, K&N filter and Rewired fuel pump.
And the question is hop much boost can I run with the 14B turbine with 98 gas + octane booster?? (Im thinking about a 1/4 and 1/8)
Of course I have also a Aftermarked Boost Gauge (AutoMeter)

well, you could always do it yourself, ebay has die grinders for $12 and carbide bit sets for $25. i got both of these and it worked really well. its loud but vary easy to do. all it takes is time. plus you can port everything now! pass the word on to your "friend".
