bleeding off for boost..

how do i bleed off a small amount of the boost that is going to the wastegate to increase psi. Were is it located and how does it look??
 
USE CAUTION IF YOU DO THIS! At local pet stores they have little adjustible vavles for fishtanks, and you T it between the turbo and the gate. THIS CHEAP MOD SUCKS, IT WILL NEVER HOLD THE EXACT AMOUNT OF BOOST YOU WANT TO RUN!
