Problem with car:
-Broken clutch
-Leaky Transfer Case

While the car is apart I'm planning to get the rest of my mods done before I put it back on the road again.

Here are my plans to get the Talon running again. If there is anything I should do while the car is taken apart, or any parts that would be better or less expensive, let me know:

1.)ACT 2600lb Clutch / Fidanza Flywheel
2.)Transfer Case
3.)Toyota Supra SMIC
4.)RnR 3" O2 Eliminating downpipe
5.)Charged Air Fuel Pressure Regulator
6.)Palm Piolet / Dattalogger
--------------------------
7.)Big 16G Turbo (if there is enough money)

When was the last time the timing belt, tensioner, water pump, etc. replaced?

You also might think about removing the balance belt from the car too.

-I got a new 6-Bolt engine about 5,000 miles ago, and a waterpump timing belt job, really recently.
-I looked into the balance shaft belt procedure. Looks too complicated for me to do myself.

Anythig else?

Skip the SMIC use the money to get the big16G or save up for a real FMIC>
 
Okay, new plan; I'm going to get the clutch/transfer case to get the car running, and then choose only ONE of these:

1.)Fidanza Flywheel ("Want" one and replacing clutch anyways)
3.)Toyota Supra SMIC (Lower EGT, less likely to break car)
4.)RnR 3" O2 Eliminating downpipe (Most performance)
5.)Charged Air Fuel Pressure Regulator (Saftey again)
6.)Palm Piolet / Dattalogger (More saftey)

Which ONE would you choose? Why?

Well for one when working on building your exhaust system, you shoudl always work from the rear back up to the turbo. Its not the best I dea to have a 3" DP to a stock cat and catback... little restriction if you ask me;) Id just skip the fidanza thing, IMO, the money is better off spent elsewhere. For 400$ you can get quite a bit. Id like to help but your profile says your pretty much stock. If so then id start with intake, mbc, fuel pump and a boost gauge. This woudl bring you up to about 350$ for all that. Then after that decide on what type of fmic you will get in the future (cause we know you will) and buy your intercooler piping accordingly so you don't waste money.

BTW, what ever happened to those 550cc injectors I sold you a while back? Surely you arent using those with this stock car are you?

Well in that case id get a DP (but not a 3" unless you plan to upgrade your catback to 3" also) and the logger. Those 2 things, some tuning and good driving should get you 12's !!!
 
Would it hurt to have a 3" downpipe, and 2.5" Cat-back Exhaust, or is it just a waste?

-I "may" want an AGP L1R later down the road, and go full 3" FMIC and bigger injectors, but that would be "down the road." Thats my reasoning behind the 3".
-For now, I was planning to go with just what I listed above.

You're better off just getting the 3" from the start. Someone on here put it best. Your exhaust is only as good as it's weakest (most restrictive) part.
