I am having a serious problem with heat soak on my car and wanted some input from others. I have an MKIV sidemount on my car with the t25 and after one run this intercooler is allready heatsoaked. I installled it thinking the t25 was such a small turbo it would never heat soak. Is it happening because the t25 is not efficient at the psi I am running (16psi) and the compressed air is just extremely hot. I am thinking if I upgrade my Turbo to a 16g then the compressed air temps will go down at the same psi and the IC will stay cool longer. I am also considering a Co2 sprayer for it, unless I should just get a FMIC allthough I would rather not have to as I thought the MKIV would be enough for a 16g.
