Ok guys, I'm really putting myself out on the edge here b/c if I can't get the car fixed within the next 2 weeks I'm going to have to sell it. I need to buy a turbo-back exhaust with a cat. (new or used, doesn't matter) so my car will pass inspection. I just got pulled over for not being inspected and I have 2 weeks to get it fixed. In order to fundraise for the exhaust, I'm willing to do porting on ANYTHING you need done. I'm think 30 for an O2 and 50 for a exhaust manifold. I can do just as good as most shops and my turn around should be around a day. Ask White99GSX about the job I did on my O2 housing and that was my first one. I'm off from the school the entire first week of March, so I will be doing pieces as soon as I get them.

Please, help me keep my car.

Hey, it's me, Geoff. Adam's friend. I could use a bit of porting myself. ;) I just need to locate a O2 though. I have a exhaust manny that could use a bit of cleaning up(It's ported a bit, but it's a bit choppy from other port work I've seen), perhaps you can help me with it.

Anyways, I saw your port work as well. And I must admit to everyone....that port work was AWESOME. Anyways, if you can help me clean up the Exhaust Manny and once I get a spare 02, if you can do it and when, let me know. I'll try to locate another 02 Housing as soon as I can. C-ya later. :)

I've been there as well. But somehow I managed to pass with a 3" downpipe, no cat, and stock exhaust. Oh and also a larger turbo :D Anyways, try sourcing a friend with a stock exhaust track and bolt that sucker on for the inspection. Might be a bit easier than trying to go balls out the buy a turbo w/ cat. Don't forget to calculate for shipping time.

Are you still taking parts to port b/c I am very interested in having mine done? Let me know b/c I want to get it done ASAP!!!:dsm: :thumb: :dsm:

Yes I am taking parts. My address is

Jake Billak

Just email me at [email protected] and let me know when you ship it out. You can send me the money for the porting work after I give you the tracking number and have it on the way back to you.

30 for an O2 and 50 for a manifold. I grind everything out as far as you want and then I polish to as fine a finish as I can. On my last O2 housing, you could see yourself on the inside if that gives you a clue.

please email me at [email protected]

i want to talk more. i have a couple questions. im not familiar with porting. if i send you my o2 and you port it will i need to get any new gaskets or anything? ive never taken this peice off. also how long will it be from the day it arrives at your house to the day you ship. i am very serious about getting this done.

Here ya' go Jake. Sorry I took so long to get them up. I totally forgot about them. My bad, hehe. Anyways, here's some of the pics.

There ya' go bud. :) BTW, any updates on the manifold yet? Talk to ya' later.

Yeah, the manifold went to the welder yesterday. I'll try to see if he got to it today or what's up with it. I may have to cut the divider out and then weld it, in hopes that it won't spread any while I'm cutting out the divider. We'll see once it gets back from him. I was goofing around this weekend at the machine shop and I made a mount now so I can do the O2 housings on a machine instead of by hand. I really wish that I would have repolished yours now that I see the digital pics, but it's still smooth to the touch and air isn't going to slow down on it.
