Need a transmission! Please help

I have a 95 GST and about a month ago i blew my tranny, and i was wondering what other tranny would bolt up. And what would be the best one to use and if you know the best place to find one. If anyone could help it would be mostly appreciated. thanks

Unfortunately you need another 2G transmission. Any 95+ FWD will do.

Actually, a N/A stealth or 3000GT will bolt up just fine. They are the exact same transmission, tis the F5M3 tranny. What happened to your tranny did you just blow your diff. or did you mess up the acutal gears?

Does the NA Stealth or 3000gt tranny have the same engine mounts as the 2G tranny? If it doesn't then it won't work wether or not it will bolt up. That is why I didn't suggest the 1G FWD tranny which is also a bolt up but won't work for this guy.

Buschur Racing sells brand new OEM transmisions. Yours runs $1950.00, which is $300.00-$400.00 cheaper than satin sells it for. They also rebuild them, most trannys cost $850.00 to rebuild. Click the link then on the left side of the page click on "Drivetrain"

One of the best places to get a rebuilt tranny or rebuild your own.

If you are in a rush:
BM Tranny
Also a quality rebuild place. Not as established as TRE but I have heard many good things.
