Alrigth, whats that little thigy sitty under the airbox? There are 2 hosts comeing to it... one from the turbo and the other one form the intake pipe (before the turbo)

Is it the stock Boost control Solenoid.

ha i thought thats it, I heard you can remove something out of to get abtou 17-18 psi of boost on the stock turbo

You don't want to run that much boost on a stock 2G turbo...anything above 15psi is just hot air on a t-25. You might gain an extra 5 HP after 15psi up to 18psi, but be ready to replace your turbo soon.

is the 15psi or whatnot at the redline?

Naw you should hit 15 psi at about 3,500 rpm, probably earlier.
