How to make a boost controller?

I would like to know if there is a site with good info on how to make a simple manual boost controller because the site on vfaq is not working.


or if anyone knows where i can get one for a reasonable price and reliable by someone who makes tham

i put that one first b/c it looked like the best one and i know how lazy people can be
