OK. Found out that STM, a supporting vendor, has these stocked.
Click. 46mm too! I'd call them and ask if they have a dsmtuners discount. When you talk to them, they'll tell you the other many differences from a TiAL other than the price, as well.
Nice to see that they include severl different spring sizes. You have to pay extra with other brands. Flanges are supplied, but they also work with other brand 44mm vband flanges.
