Yeah other than the downtime, from December 21st to around January 30th, it went over pretty smooth. The turbo was not a problem to install at all. I had trouble installing the engine with the motor mount which is on top of the trans. I couldn't get it positioned right even with help. I finally got it after about 1 hour of messing with it. GOD that 16G is night and day compared to my stock hair dryer. I hit 20 psi on 2 to one gallon mix of 93 pump and toluene after 300 miles of driving, i got a bit curious when i did that, No fuel cut.............until 21psi. It layed me back in 3rd from a 4th gear downshift. If you have any questions let me know...

Nope, i leaned towards a 7 again. It did what is was suppost to before it blew up. I honestly don't think i would had rebuild the thing if it wasn't for a heavy foot and thick oil on a cold ass night. but i didn't even get on it till it was at operating temperature? oh well to late to complain...

Ah I see... BTW <---GoSpeedRacerGo, changed name heh

Well it looks real nice man. I just pulled the motor out of one of my 2 today and am getting ready to swap them. I will get some motor pics when i get mine done to see if i can match the quality of yours. But i dont think ill be able to, yours looks real nice man.

THE secret to a shiny motor after a rebuild is coating it with WD-40... just spray it over everything, lines, valve cover, hoses, etc... It will make it slick black. I do it all the time. The thing went over clean with now real problems other than i tightened the throttle linkage to tight and it held my throttle at 2500 rpm..

after this picture was taken, if you notice on the far right the spark plug cover is lifted a bit, i fixed that, and the valve cover is now powder coated red.:thumb:
