Questions about the TD05 20G.

Howdie,

Earlier, a fellow DSM tuner was mentioning a TD05 20G and swearing by it. I couldn't find the post, but it was said that the turbo was capable of wonderful hp numbers.

Is anyone that posts here running this turbo, or know someone that I might talk with that has this turbo?

What are you asking? 20g's are all awesome, they are tried and true turbo's. They can all make wonderful hp numbers with the right mods and tuning (just like everythign else).... Id personally prefer a td06 but that may be just me. 20g's are great turbo's, what else do you want to know? There are many many many posts about them throught these forums alone...

Well I was wondering what type of numbers I would be putting out if I decided to purchase this turbo.

What I remeber was the 20G housing, with a TD05 wheel, and a TD06 flapper. I was intruiged by this and am extremely interested.

td06 flapper... I am willing to bet people will get pissed or even close this thread cause of this. Ill try and be nice k =) How the hell is anyone supposed to know how much power you could make... You didnt name your other mods, how its gonna be tuned, weather blah blah blah race fuel/pump gas, how much boost yada yada uada. Its al the same. The turbo can make a lot of power if tuned correctly with the right combo of supporting mods. I have seen dyno's in excess of 380whp with 20g's...

Stop by I'll show ya the parts that are in the TDO5H , TDO6 , TDO6H , 20G's & what is called what ....TDO6 flapper ?
It will probably save ya some flames
