What are the "limits" of stock valves?

Just like it says. I want some input on this one here. My mods are listed in my profile. I just want to know how far you can push the stock ones before SS valves become a necessity. Thanks.

is there really a limit to the stock valve?? I know I was told when I got my SS valves the advantage was I can run a little hotter..

SS valves can take more detonation without, or punishment before breaking.

Don't worry about upgrading them until you get the head rebuilt and ported etc.
