Stillen or Star Perf FMIC?

They don't require much cutting becasue they are small and not very good.

I'd stay away from the Stillen (Stolen your money) IC cause its way to expensive for such a small core. I have the Star on my car, which I bought over 5 years ago. It didn't require any cutting, and priced at $1000 with BOV it wasn't to bad of a purchase at the time. But the quality and fit of the pipes sucks. I have to use a tie-strap to hold down the fuse box because the UIC pipe sits to high and the insides of the pipes rust, and the chrome is chipping off the outside around the beads.
