17g turbo on TEL??

i was just browsing the net and came across a "typhoon/syclone" web page and i coulda swore the turbo mentioned was a stock mitsu 17g. would these bolt right up to a 90-94 TEL?

how does a 17g rate to a big 16g or 18g?
 
There is no 17G, only a 17C. Read about the it in the "Frank Jr." thread. 17C and 19C are similar turbos. The 17C is to the 19C as the Big 16G is to the 18G. Same characteristics, a little less airflow.
