Actually unless they are faulty advertising, it says

"You are bidding on a brand new Eclipse Turbo High Flow Cat. "

That says to me it's not a test pipe.

Go to summit racing, they have 3-inch High flow cats for $46. Just had mine installed today, works great.

Go to the exhaust/cat converter section, and it's the one for $47. It's says it's universal but it fits our cars.

It's NOT a cat-con. I Just got a call from them telling me it's a straight pipe.. Good eyes nine5raptor!
