Approx. how much does it cost to get your car dyno'd?

It cost me $120 an hour to dyno and tune it. It only took an hour.

Spent $225 in Atlanta for 1 1/2 hours, 13 runs, found 50hp

Depends on where you go and who you know. I got 11 hours one day for $300. That was when I was getting the kinks out on my turbo GSR.

Last time I dynoed the GSX I got 4 hours for $160 at a different shop.

Average 2WD dyno is around $75-$100/hour. AWD dyno is $100-$200/hour.

But like spyder said, finding 50 horses is priceless

You might also be able to hook up with some car club going to a dyno for a group day. Those usually cost a lot less (~$40). But you do not get a lot of runs and have to wait for a while for your turn.
