1.8 to 2.0 turbo swap

i got a wrecked 92 turbo talon with an auto tranny and a 1.8 liter eclipse with a 5 speed. i want to put the turbo engine in the eclipse, but i need to know if the turbo engine will bolt to the 5 speed tranny in the 1.8 eclipse

As far as i know it shouldn't bolt up. The transmission should only bolt up to 2.0's. I can't claim to be an expert, but i'm almost entirely certain on this one.

webhed52 is right. The tranny for the 1.8 is made by Chrysler and the one for the 2.0 is made by Mitsubishi. They are not interchangeable.
