o2 housing vfaq?

probably a dumb question but has anyone made a vfaq that shows how to change out the o2 housing? i assume its a pretty straightforward process.. removing bolts and such. i ask because i may be getting a ported o2 housing and new downpipe but i don't work much on cars and am wondering if there's a guide on how to do it so i don't screw something up. I did my own catback install and that was real easy

i could slap myself in the head.. thanks for the tip, i never even thought of looking at the section marked 'installs'

i notice the work being done is on a 1G

do you know if this info will apply exactly the same to a 2G AWD? thanks.

Yes it will apply to a 2G just fine.

yeah same diff.. same engine .. r u interested in a TRE ported o2 housing for 135 + S&H by chance?

hehe larryd, thanks for the info. glad to see that its all the same... also thanks for the offer but i may have a line on a used fp dump modded / ported o2 housing locally

oh BTW, is the gasket between the turbo and the housing reusable.. or would i have to order one? i see that fp has some stainless steel gaskets...

id order a new one.. that gasket on mine was pretty bad off after only a few months
