That totally depends on what your goals are and what you want out of the turbo.

You can't make that determination based on "which is better".

You have to provide more information with your question.

The stage V will induce more lag. In other words it will take longer to spool up. Probably creating power above 3500 rpm's, but would create more power once it is spooled. If you are looking for the most streetable go with the smaller of the two. If its a track toy go big.

Flows more CFM but yes we need more info than unless that's all you want to know.
