Need help building street machine

Well, i have a 1G eclipse turbo, i want to make this a decent street machine, maybe the strip. I am interested in this turbo:

If i get it what else would i need to upgrade?
I am a newbie, please help.

If you have a 1g, I would look at a big16g. It's adirect bolt on for the 1g's. The t28's are bolt-on's for the 2g's. Regardless, blackawdturbo is right. Get your base in first.
