i got a 2.5" downpipe and i only have the stock 1g o2 housing and it doesn't really fit well. the downpipe is alot bigger than the o2 housing, what should i do? i was thinking about buying the evo o2 housing but i'm not even sure if its going to bolt on and fit right with out me having to do some fabricating to it. if anyone could let me know what o2 housing will fit the best. also do you think that i'm loosing power from that o2 housing being to small, becuase i think that there is a exhaust leak from there to.

Evo 3 will fit and give the best gains for the money. If you have the bucks you can get and O2 eliminator from Victory Performance or AHP

Instead of a factory style housing it eliminates he O2 housing with a mandrel bent peice.

Using a stock o2 housing and a 2.5" Downpipe should not leak. Just make sure you buy a new exhaust gasket. This will not hurt anything, but a ported o2 housing (or 2g.. or EVO o2) will help. You can also buy an External o2 Dump.. meaning when the wastegate opens the exhaust from the o2 housing will vent outside of the exhaust. This will help eliminate boost creep and sounds quite nice. :)
