 I have a super 20g from HRC runs well I like it alot. Question is,My 20 has an internal wastegate and a larger 10cm exhaust housing. The spot whare the flapper door is is welded shut with a different system inside the housing releasing into a 3'' o2 pipe.
Is there a way to modify this to an external type and would it benifit me any. HRC is saying not to do that the turbo is tuned correct for its system unlike others. Said the internal has no downfalls using a 10cm housing not a 6 or 7cm.
Just wondering and wanted some input. Thanks

That is how the hrc turboes are set up... i used to have a super16g and part of the point of a 10cm housing is for the internal gate. They work good dont they? Are you getting creep or seomthing?
