First thing I would like to ask is, will a 20G bold on to a 2G exhaust manifold? And what kind of power would I get from porting the manifold.

Thanks:cool:

Yes and just better spoolup you can't really put a HP number on it.

I'm sure it would give some power... your freeing up flow... which is good..

dont forget though, just because it bolts up to the exhaust manifold doesnt make it a straight bolt up turbo. It still needs an install kit to work.

what is needed from the install kit.(lines, piping etc.)
because i thought that all the stock lines fit the 20g and all
you have to do is get a front mount and custom piping.

I have a ported and clipped 20G on my Talon and yes you will need a install kit for a 2g T/E/L. When it was dynoed it made around [email protected]. So your anwser is yes. the 20g does make a large difference in power over your average 16g.
