It was set to 60psi when I removed the vacuum line!!! Holy mother of fuel! No wonder my mpg has been sucking!
I thought I had set it to 38.3 approx with the vacuum line off. Maybe I did it wrong but it is a very simple system. Weird thing is at 60psi it was running great, it running great at 38.3 psi as well. I have a walbro 190 lph pump, super simple modified vacuum system, egr eliminated including egr blockoff plate. By ear, it seems to be running flawlessly now. Like butter. My ear isn't a precision measuring system tho. I am going to be saving money towards dsm link etc as soon as possible. I am still running the stock 450 cc injectors and don't go over 17psi of boost as it sits now. That 60 psi was at idle with the car fully warmed up.
