Cant control boost anymore..

well first I put on an HRC wastegate actuator.. and my USUALLY rock solid hallman RX boost controller (the fancy one with the ceramic ball) stopped being as effective.. before HRC i would spike maby .5 psi @ 16 pounds... with the HRC.. spiking to 20..

then i swapped a 1g head and intake on.. now I have NO controll.. even with the controller set at its lowest i still push 18 psi in 2nd.. 19 in 3rd and about 20 in 4th.. it doesent creep to these numbers.. it just spikes past.. then settles on them..

should i put the stock actuator back on? whats the deal..

i know i should get an electronic boost controller (apexi avcr is next mod) but i is a po boy..

any ideas?

ps: all vac lines are connected correctly.

don't aftermarket wastegates have sping ratings? Like if your trying to run 14.7 psi, you need a 1bar spring or something like that. Sorry man, I'm not too familiar with wastegates yet, but i've heard this a couple of times

i adjuest the arm length, it fixed it, still spikes some, but inly 2 psi or so..
