CYCLONE without dual runners!?

I am looking at a Intake Manifold that say Cyclone but not the other stuff and it does not have dual runners. I pull this of a N/T Talon with also had no rear hatch wiper from the factor(no hole) another first for me. Is it different from the Factory manifold I dont have one to compare it with

Jay, do you mean the intake manifold that looks like the 1g that says "Cyclone" instead of "EFI MULTI" ? If that is the one your speaking of, no, it is not different from the 1g aside from the "Cyclone" marking.

That is exactly th one I had a friend bring one of his factory manifolds over and it was the same except for the Cyclone word Why was this done and what car did it originate on? I am going to use it on my GR4 build because it is different.

What you have is the Australian Spec Single stage Cyclone Manifold.

Man that's a mouthful.

There is also a jdm mirage turbo with the 4g61t motor that had a single runner cyclone manifold. And some of these have a smaller intake runner than the usdm dsm one. Just check to make sure that it doesn't have the smaller runners and you will be good.
