What is the best 3" Cat back Exhaust for a 1G

Needs:
-Which are CA emissions legal
-Top performance
-Good sound (No Acura/Mosquitto sounding mufflers)
-Look nice. (I'm not a big fan of the SIDEWAYS Apexi N1 look)
