i had a tube maifold that would not clear my front motor mount.aside from treadstone at $299.00 plus shipping i went with another ebay cast manifold from autoboost.it cost me $217.50 shipped to my door and it fixed my motor mount clearance problem.i have a 6 bolt in a 90 mirage.their feedback is perfect along with the shipping and one thing i did notice was where the turbonetics t is it is smooth there on the runner.overall the manifold is great and it did what i needed. all this saying this ebay manifold sucks and so on is all on me SINCE I ACTUALLY OWN ONE!it should be fine being thats its cast.ill post back to in the future to give an update.

a quote from the items description "We are the designer of all our products. We do not copy anyone's design. If there is another manifold that looks like ours, it is a copy of our original design. Beware of cheap imitations."

2 things....

Turbonetics copy their design or this manifold is more than 10 years old

yeah right....... this is getting out of hand

There aren't any bolt holes on the other side. So do you use a bolt and screw it in to this manifold? That kind of scares me. I imagine that will be seizing and causing all manner of problems. It this how typical T3/T4 manifolds work?

Yeah the bolt setup scares me too, which is why I'm looking for more reviews. Long term reviews.

I was thinking of emailing the manufacturer and asking them to change their design :) to use a cross bolt/nut setup as well as putting in a 44m WG flange. But I doubt they'll get on that any time soon.

I think if we got enough interest they might do it, assuming ppl pre-order the new one.

Goin okay. Honestly though, don't buy a knockoff turbonetics manifold. That manifoldwas such a poor design as it sat. Can't use a TO4S comp housing with it w/o a spacer. Just not worth it. Probably will crack on the first heat cycle, due to poor material choice. If you want a cast t3, buy an ERL.

Hi. I have had this "crappy" manifold for almost 2 years now. I mounted my sc6152sp on it without a spacer between the manifold and head. It is a good manifold and I do recommend it for those on a budget. I do have to give you a few bits of advice. I would get all the oil that they put on the manifold off and paint it with flame proof paint. They put the oil on there to prevent surface rust, it looks like a nice black color that might last, but will not. The minute you heat the manifold up the oil will burn off, and the manifold will not look nice anymore. I would also make sure that the manifold is port matched. This manifold only needs a spacer between the head and manifold if you plan on using a 4-bolt turbine housing. Thats it, other then doing those couple of things, that manifold was more then worth buying in my real world opinion. It is cast iron, which can hold huge heavy turbos, and it looks way closer to stock then a beautiful ss manifold. Hope this helps
