hi i am thinking on a nice interior my car is set up for blue already i got the seat covers, all mats, shift boot and knob, steering wheel well everything in blue. what will look beter a dash kit or one fo those spary cans?

what type of dash kit??

I saw some pretty ill stuff at Carlisle.. some guy had actually sanded down his dash and primered, painted and clearcoated it over and over again and that thing looks mint.. alot of work but hella custom

one of those 15 pc dash kit sell at legend5.com places like that. what is carlisle

I have done both, and I am happier with the brushed alum look dash kit. Painting the dash was a major pain in the rear. Have to take the parts out, sand them down, primer them, sand, primer, paint, sand, paint, paint, and then install the parts. Then you might have to re-do the paint due to scratches, fading, etc.

I got the Brushed Dash kit thru SyntheticDesigns.Com, and it was super easy to install. Clean the parts with some ISO alcohol, and then peel the tap off the kits, heat it up with a hair drier so it conforms better to the part, and press and hold it on the part for about 1min. The 3M tapes that come with the kit are great, and once it’s stuck, it’s STUCK.

Here is a shot of my dash, when the sun hits it, oh man its nice! =)
