big 16g or 18g

i am in the market for a turbo i want to get something good. my friend has a big 16g on his 2g with all the bells and horns. very nice but doesn't hit had enough ( I am use to two turbos "i have a 300zxtt") how much diffrence is a big 16 over a 18g price and power? and what else will i need, i have a turbo back greddy exhaust 2.5 and downpipe, test pipe, front mount intercooler. planning on rc 550 injectors and maybe afc. thinking about doing the turbo with internal wastegate with ported o 2 housing with dump tube. or running a tial 35mm external wastegate with a 2g manifold.

what do you guys think? I am new to the dsm game help me out

wouldnt waste money on 18g.b16g does nice for ease of bolton.if you want a big power,go with a 20g.now for prices,can you even get a 18g anymore?havent seen any used in a long while.b 16 though are common and very cheap upgrade,probably make as much power as a 18g,all for only $600-800.

If you're thinking about getting an 18g, you might as well save up a few hundred dollars more and get a 20g.

Exactly,just go with a 20g dude... plus its only like 75$ more than a 18g
