Help BOV problems

Hey guys I have a problem. I jus bought a big 16g and installed it myself, everything went very smoothly until I started my car. I noticed the car is blowing out of the intake and not my greddy type s (shuttering sound). I took off the blow-off valve and did not see anything wrong with it. I tried adjusting it but still no good. Did anyone have this problem or can at least give me some advice on the situation. Any help would be good. thank you
