Looking for a TB flange. Which vendor has them?

I'll be dropping my engine in next week, and I'll need to fab up a new upper intercooler pipe and elbow. I've been searching for just a throttle body flange for my 1G TB, but I can't seem to find one anywhere.

I've checked the websites of the following vendors: Magnus, Punishment, SlowBoy, AMS, Buschur, eBay, ExtremePSI, JM Fab, and JNZ. I don't know where else to look.

I need it to be stainless steel, 1/2" thick, and to have a 2.5" opening. Basically, I'm looking for the same one that is used with the TB elbow on the SBR intercooler kits.

If anyone knows of a vendor that has these in stock and available, please let me know asap.

I wasn't aware that you were fabbing up your own IC piping for the throtlle body. Sounds like a 1G n/t throttle body would have worked for you, seeing as it doesn't have the flange.

Sorry I can't point you in any other direction for the flange. Possibly acquire a 1/2 inch piece of Stainless and take it to a machine shop with the TB and have them cut it out?

I haven't seen any SS ones. But RRE does have them in aluminum and steel. The opening is 2 3/8" but I suppose you could always port out that extra 1/8" if your stuck. Scroll about 1/3 down page.

I'd call JMF and ask. He makes a good ammount of intercooler pipes for us dsmer's so i'd think he would have them in stock.

I called JMF - they only have aluminum.

Yeah, the N/T throttle body would have been a better choice for what I'm trying to do, however, that TB that I sent to you was free to me, so I couldn't complain.

PM a guy on these forums called L98guy. He made my throttle body flange and my flange for my 02 eliminator. He does fantastic work, has a fast turn around, and is extremely reasonable price wise.

You can get it from RRE for half the price of the flange in the link. I just bought one from RRE on Tuesday and they shipped it Wednesday.
