Clicking T/b after shutoff

This is about my 90 Tsi. After normal driving and turning my car off, I hear a click....click sound coming from the Throttle body area. Sometimes the clicking is in a row, other times there is a 6-7 second gap inb etween. Any idea what it could be? No Cel's, -20vac constatnt, little rpm jump, but needs to be tuned right with AFC 1.

Bad Ground?

EGR control solenoid. Mine clicks also, but i'm getting rid of all my unnessesary vacuum lines which really wont matter if it clicks or not anymore.
