This has probley been asked lots. But Im new to the board, and im going to ask one more time. I have seen lots of people switch the 1g mas for a 2g. I understand its less restrictive, gets rid of a few problems like fuel cut. But how fast have people gone with this setup?

I would like low 11's, maybe high tens. I was thinking of just switchin to the AEM standalone, or a Haltech. The problem with these's is expense. I have spent lots, and lots already. If i can get away with a cheaper tuning setup for the season, like a 2g mas, and a safc/afr. would i be able to get the tunability that i need? Just till i can get more money for a standalone. i know i wont be able to do half the things i would beable to do with the standalone's, but will it be enough? What tunablitiy can you do with the safc? is it just fuel? Any timming, or knock control? thanks
